1. Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship within the United States, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii.

2. Order Processing Time

• Processing time: 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

• A tracking number will be provided when your order ships.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status.

• If your package shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier.

• If your package is lost, contact us within 7 days, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

• If an incorrect shipping address is provided, customers will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
